A Prudent Wife is from the Lord

Proverbs 19:14 tells us that a prudent wife is from the Lord. Proverbs 18:22 He who finds a wife finds what is good and receives favor from the Lord.

There are a lot of women today do not understand the word of God. They think that He wants them to suffer under the authority of their husband - men. The above proverbs are to guide women as wives in their role and relationship with their husband and with God. Wives have a very important role. It may not be well 'paid' or carry worldly prestige especially if we view it through the spectacles of popular culture or world of man- a secular humanist world. The world of man is not the same as the world of God. The Kingdom of God is altogether different. In God's world, there is order and security and comfort for all that dwell in it. God's order is not subject anyone from harm or mistreatment but to provide all with purpose.  The role of wife is well paid in God's Kingdom!
