But now Finland is looking to overhaul its education system and will now focus on more topics and less on subjects. The Finns are calling this "phenomena" teaching. As an example of a student enrolling in vocational courses who may choose to take lessons in "cafeteria services". In this example, the adolescent student would study math elements and languages – for serving foreign customers – while working on writing and communication capabilities."

*It is my educated opinion that this publisher is bringing awareness to the top down beast system.
Christians have talents that should not be hidden. Sometimes we do not know our talent (s) until revealed to us as given to us. Who reveals/gives? God, not man. No man/woman can tell another what his/her talent (s) are or should be. Every man/woman has talent (s) and they are revealed to him, because they were given to him by the Lord God. Remember, St. Patrick as an example. God told him what his talent was and though he waited a long time to become the Bishop of Ireland, he did. St. Patrick's life was devoted to showing people how to prepare themselves in this world for the coming kingdom of Jesus Christ, The Lord God.
Only God gives and takes because everything is His, as He is the Creator of Heaven and Earth and everything in it, seen and unseen ~ Mt. 25:14-30. "My teaching is not my own. It comes from Him who sent me. If anyone chooses to do God's will, he will find out whether my teaching comes from God or whether I speak on my own. he who speaks on his own does so to gain honor for himself, but he who works for the honor of the one who sent him is a man of truth:" John 7:16-18 "You know all about my teaching, my way of life, my purpose, faith, patience, love , endurance, persecutions, sufferings - what kinds of things happened to me ... You know that The Lord rescued me. So... continue in what you have learned and have become convinced of, because you know those from who you learned it, and how from infancy you have known the holy Scriptures, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus." 2 Tim 10-16
