What to tell your Children about Evolution?

First, you begin by saying that the Bible is the Word of God! Second, is that He is the Creator of all things seen and unseen ~ COL 1:16. He is before all things and He holds all things together by the power of His word ~ Hebrews 1:3.

The Supremacy of Christ is to be understood in this way... The Son is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation. For in Him all things were create, things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities. All things were created through Him and for Him. He is before all things and in Him all things hold together ~ COL 1:15-17.

The Supremacy of the Son is to be understood in this way…He has spoken to us by His Son, whom He appointed heir of all things, and through whom He made the universe. The Son is the radiance of God's glory and the exact representation of His nature, upholding all things by His powerful word. After He had provided purification for sins, He sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high. So He became as far superior to the angels as the name He has inherited is excellent beyond theirs ~ Hebrews 1:2-4.

Second, you tell them that in Him, we live, move and have our being ~ Acts 17:28. That in the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was with God in the beginning. Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made. In him was life, and that life was the light of all mankind. The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it ~ John 1: 1-5.

The true light that gives light to everyone was coming into the world. He was in the world, and though the world was made through him, the world did not recognize him. He came to that which was his own, but his own did not receive him. Yet to all who did receive him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God— children born not of natural descent, nor of human decision or a husband’s will, but born of God. The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the one and only Son, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth ~ John 1:9-14.

You see son/daughter, the Creator our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ was before us, He is the one set things in motion with His Word. He said "Let there be Light" and there was ~ Genesis 1:3. He who holds all things together ~ COL 1:16. Out of His cause, His live, we exist for Him as in Him we live, move and have our being ~ Acts 17:28. There is no randomness in His will, there is no random event or cause that man could ever imagine or think of or arrive through 'science' that wasn't already created by God, existing for/on purpose. Man was created in His image ~ Genesis 1:27.

All things were created by Him ~ COL 1:16. There is no evolution of the flesh... not man's nor any other created entity. How do we know? "Not all flesh is the same: People have one kind of flesh, animals have another, birds another and fish another" ~ 1 COR 15:39. "...God gives the body as He has designed, and to each kind of seed He gives its own body ~ 1 COR 15:38.

There are also heavenly bodies and earthly bodies. But the splendor of the heavenly bodies is of one degree, and the splendor of the earthly bodies is of another.…1 COR 15:40. And, someday, we will have a heavenly body.  How do we know that? "Because God's children are human beings--made of flesh and blood--the Son also became flesh and blood. For only as a human being could he die, and only by dying could he break the power of the devil, who had the power of death" ~ Hebrews 2:14.

And as Christ was resurrected, so shall we be... "because, if it is preached that Christ has been raised from the dead, how can some of you say that there is no resurrection of the dead? If there is no resurrection of the dead, then no even Christ has been raised. And if Christ has not been raised, our preaching is worthless, and so is your faith.…1 COR 15:12-14. And if Christ has not been raised, your faith is futile; you are still in your sins ~ 1 COR 15:17. If our hope in Christ is for this life alone, we are to be pitied more than all men".…1 COR 15:19.

Christ died for our sins so that we can be saved by Him through His mercy and grace which is a gift given by the Creator ~ Ephesians 2:8. And, in Him, we who are born again, will rise from the dead ~ Matthew 22:29,Mark 12:25 and Ephesians 5:14.

When does that happen, our resurrection? ...each in his own turn: Christ the firstfruits; then at His coming, those who belong to Him ~ 1 COR 15:23.

Making Bad Choices ~ Stealing God's Right to Dominate Over Us!

What are bad choices and why do we make them?

Bad choices are firstly choices made either because you reject the absolute truth (God) or because you use the absolute truth to your own advantage to get ahead in this fallen world. That means in social context, applying the social dynamics - subordination and domination, that we either submit to God or we don't when it comes to life choices.

Most of the time, we make bad choices because we don't recognize nor are willing to submit to the absolute truth = a higher being, our Creator. So, we by rejecting the absolute truth and all other absolute truths that follow the first, we become rebels without causes. Then there are those who recognize the absolute truth (s) but try to dominate the absolute truth which is what Lucifer 'Satan' did and does. Then there are those who use the absolute truth to get others to submit to and or worship them... like Lucifer 'Satan' did and does.

Now, you can be in denial of all what has just been said which still puts you in the rejection category and likely to make bad choices, but I would rather call those kind of bad choices, grave choices.  Yes, of course, anyone can make a bad choice who does not reject the absolute truth and declare that willingly he/she submits to the Creator's Will. Those kinds of bad choices are called transgressions - sin (s). But, thank God, the Creator our Lord and Savior that He sent His Son to redeem us.

If you are in rejection and still think there is an explanation, I can still give you one. You put yourself at the center of the universe and think that you have a right to do what you want with your own body and you have a right to say and think what you want and you have the right to make bad choices; ...and guess what? You do. The Creator accepts your free will because He gave you free will. He would never force anyone to love Him and would never force anyone to do what He thinks is best for you/them. If you want to make bad choices, He will let you in hopes that the consequences will draw you back to Him.

So, essentially by submitting ourselves to our own will, we dominate the Will of God and in our domination of Him we will lose His ability to dominate in our life, even to save it by His domination over our bad choices/sin and the evil one.

Accept Jesus Christ's sacrifice at the cross; He paid for your bad choices (sin) with His life so that you may have salvation. "For the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God" ~ 1 COR 1:18.

Stealing from God....in the end, Losing His Light and Entering Darkness!

Its so sad to me when people take what is not theirs (not their creation)! Sad, because they are so confused. What do they take? They take what God gives/gave/says/said and does/did for us. They take His Word, His Son and even all His Creation including the universe, everything that He holds together by the power of His Word (Hebrews 1:2-4) ...and they put their name on it as if they thought of it, as if they were the first to share such love, such joy and peace!

Dear friends, don't be lured by false gospels or false prophets 'people' who use images of/by man using God's Word as their own rather than scripture... you should know something is wrong. When you see someone posting what looks a truth you know deep down has already been written on your heart by the Creator, then don't 'like' it because you want to be 'nice'; what you are really doing is becoming an accessory to their crime - Stealing from God!

"I thank Christ Jesus our Lord, who has given me strength, that he considered me trustworthy, appointing me to his service. Even though I was once a blasphemer and a persecutor and even a violent person I was shown mercy because I acted in ignorance and unbelief. The grace of our Lord was poured out on me abundantly, along with the faith and love that are in Christ Jesus.

Here is a trustworthy saying that deserves full acceptance: Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners—of whom I am the worst. But for that very reason I was shown mercy so that in me, the worst of sinners, Christ Jesus might display his immense patience as an example for those who would believe in him and receive eternal life.

Now to the King eternal, immortal, invisible, the only God, be honor and glory for ever and ever". Amen. 1 Timothy 1:12-17.

Jesus Christ is the Light of the World ~ John 8:12. Have no other gods before you ~ Exodus 20:3

Called to Bring in the Harvest ~ For we are in the Valley of Decision!

Whatever your political party preferences are, we as Christians should see these times as times of gain. In the sense, that Christ's gain in this world is our work. "I eagerly expect and hope that I will in no way be ashamed, but will have complete boldness, so that now as always Christ will be exalted in my body, whether by life or by death. For to me, to live is Christ, and to die is gain. But if I go on living in the body, this will mean fruitful labor for me. So what shall I choose? I do not know" ~ Philippians 1:20-22.

We live to declare the works of the Lord ~ Psalm 118:17.  Now is clearly a time for great harvest.  He told them, "The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field" ~ Luke 10:20

All by itself the earth produces a crop—first the stalk, then the head, then grain that ripens within.  And as soon as the grain is ripe, he swings the sickle, because the harvest has come. Then He asked, “To what can we compare the kingdom of God? With what parable shall we present it?"…Mark 4:28-30.

With the parable of the weeds...

"The field is the world, and the good seed represents the sons of the kingdom. The weeds are the sons of the evil one, and the enemy who sows them is the devil. The harvest is the end of the age, and the harvesters are angels. As the weeds are collected and burned in the fire, so will it be at the end of the age".…Matthew 13:38-40.

So..."Let the nations be aroused And come up to the valley of Jehoshaphat, For there I will sit to judge All the surrounding nations. Put in the sickle, for the harvest is ripe. Come, tread, for the wine press is full; the vats overflow for their wickedness is great. Multitudes, multitudes in the valley of decision! For the day of the LORD is near in the valley of decision".…Joel 3:12-14.

Enter into His Light ~ Experience Mercy and Grace...

If we are to enter into His light, we must forgive. We can only do this by loving God first, loving His Will and not our own. Our will does not want to forgive, it wants to judge and to condemn. This is not the Will of God Jesus Christ. He came for the sinner and He came for the worst of them. Yes, He did not come for the righteous but to make sinners righteous in Him. This is His Glory!

We have to stop judging and condemning. Yes, in all forms and for all insults, all wrongs done to us and ones we think done to us. We are asked to cast out the evil one and that can only be done through total and complete forgiveness and total and complete love; an experience in 'true' mercy and grace.

If you find yourself reveling when someone gets a 10 or 20 year sentence, then you are among the righteous of men not the righteous of Jesus Christ. Our hearts and minds should be grieved to hear such things, our hearts and minds should cry out to the Lord to draw close to that person in their hour of need; because, it is for that 'criminal' that sinner that Jesus died on the cross ~ Forgive them Lord for they know not what they do.

This is very difficult because we tend to think that the person condemned has been judged rightly. We take pride in his/her condemnation and gloat on this pride. This is the behavior of the evil one, not the way of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. For in this fallen world, who can cast a stone at someone else; as all are guilty, all our filthy rags and thus all in need of a Savior.

Enter into His light, the Light of the World! And, when you do, you will want to 'own' it and the beauty is that this can be owned by all. "... the Kingdom of Heaven is like a merchant on the lookout for choice pearls. When he discovered a pearl of great value, he sold everything he owned and bought it!" ~ Matthew 13:45-46.

~ 1 Timothy 1:15, Luke 9:49-50, Mark 16:17, Luke 23:34, John 8:7, Isaiah 64:6, John 8:15, John 9:5 and John 12:46.

Guard against Darkness and Enter His Light!

When we look at images on television, in movies, on billboards, in social media posts and each others' facial expressions and gestures/behaviors, we either take in or deliver light or darkness. For all those are means of communicating light or darkness. So, dearly beloved guard your eyes not from the light but from the darkness.

And so, dear ones, don't be the person who delivers darkness. Believe me, it happens easily and is communicated in many ways. One can bring darkness without breaking a major commandment. How? It shows up most in pride of life. We show ourselves as being somehow better or better off. It is our own pride that delivers darkness to others: a fancy hairstyle, expensive make up, a revealing dress, a designer handbag, and including pride in ones' job, big house, nice car, successful children.... that pride is pride of the flesh and exhibiting such pride can bring darkness into our lives and others lives who don't have that hairstyle, expensive make up, dress, handbag, job, house, car, children... We deliver either light or darkness to others in our behavior toward others. Is your handshake like milk toast, your hug just a sense of duty or for political correctness?

Do you make others feel awkward or disgusted by your vulgar verbal and or body language, even including bad table manners... adults and kids who get up and go to their room while others still eat, taking a phone call at the table, or belching and laughing about it? Do we make others feel bad when we post photos of the success in our lives or children's lives, or pics of our recent vacation showing our lust for life in a fallen world and its short lived pleasures? Do you criticize other drivers who cut in front of you and then give them the finger? Do you slander others who appear to be better off than you? Are you constantly boasting about who did/does something for you and or are you constantly criticizing someone for what you think they did/do against you? And, yet you/we cry out that hate should be overcome by love... where is the love when we are delivering darkness?

Accept Christ into your life today and be delivered from darkness and partake in delivering His light!
Forgive others and love them as Christ loves them!" For this is how we know who the children of God are and who the children of the devil are: Anyone who does not do what is right is not God's child, nor is anyone who does not love their brother and sister" 1 John 3:10.

2017 ~ Joyful Expectation!

In Job 6:20, we read ~
"For all their expectations, they are doomed to disappointment; even though they have come and searched this far". So many Christian people think that this message applies to every instance in their life. It does and it does not. It does NOT when expecting is hoping, trusting and believing in something greater than oneself (God the Creator who is Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ) and it does when expectation, hope, trust and belief is in man for it is in men that we will always find disappointment and be disappointed. My hope is in the Lord Jesus Christ and in Him I will never be disappointed because only He can fulfill all my expectations! Psalm (s) 71:5, 38:15, 39:7 and 130:5.

We can and should live in joyful expectation "await/hope for/anticipate" of the coming of the Lord Jesus Christ. In Him, we have life [Acts 17:28] and in Him we can endure all things [Hebrews 12:7].

Philippians 3:20 ~

But our citizenship is in heaven. And we eagerly await a Savior from there, the Lord Jesus Christ - NIV
But we are citizens of heaven, where the Lord Jesus Christ lives. And we are eagerly waiting for him to return as our Savior - NLT
But our citizenship is in heaven, and from it we await a Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ, ESV
For our citizenship is in heaven, from which also we eagerly wait for a Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ; NAS
For our conversation is in heaven; from whence also we look for the Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ:KJB

Woe to those who love the world, who love what man does and are wise in their own eyes... "The hope of the righteous brings joy, but the expectation of the wicked will perish" ~ Proverbs 10:28.
